Our wonderful new organic tiger nut flour made from milled tiger nuts. Made from organic tiger nuts, it has fine texture and is suitable for many types of gluten/grain free diets. Our tiger nut flour is perfect to bake with and it's high content of natural sugars makes it the perfect ingredient to prepare desserts. Tiger nut flour is also high in fibre and while they are called tiger nuts they are actually not a nut but instead are small, root vegetables.
Suggested uses:
Our tiger nut flour is great for baking with from pastry to baking bars/flapjacks as it adds a great natural sweetness. Or simply add it to your porridge or morning smoothie to get that fibre kick.
